How does STRIVN diagnose plateaus?

STRIVN analyzes your training volume against MEV/MAV/MRV landmarks, recovery data from HealthKit, and training consistency to identify which of six common plateau causes is affecting your progress.


Do I need an Apple Watch to use STRIVN?

No. An Apple Watch enhances recovery tracking, but STRIVN works fully on iPhone alone.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → STRIVN to manage or cancel.


How do I delete my account and data?
