How to Delete Your STRIVN Account and Data

You can request deletion of your STRIVN account and all associated data at any time.

In-App Deletion

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, training history, nutrition logs, and coaching data from our systems.

By Email

If you're unable to delete your account in-app, email support@getstrivn.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.

What Gets Deleted

Account and authentication data, all logged workouts and training history, nutrition logs, HealthKit data synced to our systems, and AI coaching history.

What We Retain

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you, and any records required for legal or financial compliance (e.g., transaction records tied to App Store purchases, which Apple itself retains).
