STRIVN ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the STRIVN iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and name provided during signup, stored securely via Firebase Authentication.
• Health & fitness data: steps, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep hours, body weight, and workout logs. This data is stored in your personal account and used solely to power your training program and coaching insights.
• Apple Health data: with your explicit permission, we read steps, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep data from Apple HealthKit. We do not share HealthKit data with third parties or use it for advertising.
• Nutrition logs: meals, calories, and macronutrients you manually enter in the app.
• Subscription status: managed via RevenueCat to determine your access level. No payment information is stored by STRIVN.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and adapt your personalised AI training program
• To deliver weekly coaching insights based on your performance and recovery
• To track your nutrition, strength, and body composition progress
• To manage your subscription and app access
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only.

4. Third-Party Services

STRIVN uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and database — Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: subscription management — Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: AI program generation and coaching — anonymised fitness profile data is sent to generate your program. No personally identifiable information is shared — Privacy Policy

5. Apple HealthKit

STRIVN accesses Apple HealthKit data solely to provide fitness and coaching features within the app. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and never sold.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

STRIVN is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights
