You have two options to delete your STRIVN account:

Include your email address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 24 hours.
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
All logged workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and performance history
All logged meals, food entries, macronutrient tracking, and dietary history
Your name, email, profile picture, bio, fitness goals, and personal preferences
Your training recommendations, plateau analysis, recovery scores, and AI-generated insights
Friends, followers, shared workouts, and any community interactions
Important information about data retention after deletion:
30-Day Grace Period: After you request account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind and want to restore your account.
During this 30-day period:
Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, your account and all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
This deletion is irreversible. If you want your data back after this period, you'll need to create a new account and start fresh.
Note: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement purposes, but this data cannot identify you personally.
