The Founder Story
Built from a personal plateau
I didn't build STRIVN because I saw a gap in the market. I built it because I was stuck, and I had no idea what I was doing wrong.
I'd been training for years on instinct. No tracked sets, no logged macros. Just showing up and lifting based on how I felt. I thought consistency was enough. It wasn't.
When I finally started paying attention to the data, what I found surprised me. I wasn't undertrained. I was overdoing it. Too much volume, no structured recovery, the same movements repeated until my body quietly started breaking down.
The problem wasn't tracking. It was that even with the right data, nothing told me what to do with it. Every app I tried was a digital logbook. No intelligence. No adaptation. No feedback.
So I built STRIVN. A finance guy, working nights and weekends, building the tool I wish had existed when I needed it most.
