STRIVN offers subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing, you authorize STRIVN to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by STRIVN, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit to STRIVN (including workout logs, nutrition data, and personal information). By submitting content, you grant STRIVN a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
STRIVN provides fitness guidance and coaching insights based on AI analysis. However, STRIVN is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Before starting any new fitness program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service and any fitness activities undertaken based on STRIVN recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRIVN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if STRIVN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. STRIVN disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

STRIVN may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
STRIVN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
